Lens MTF Tester
DSC-502F adopts the front projection optical mechanism by using Relay lens and Collimators for Lens MTF inspection.
APPLICATION
Macro lens applications, such as in-display fingerprint recognition, endoscope camera, and cell phone macro camera.
The lens of NB, cellphone, surveillance system, automotive, etc.
FEATURES
✔ The optical system supports micro distance (1mm~35mm) measurement and other customized requirements.
✔ The optical system supports finite and infinity object distances measurement, of which the shortest object distance is 20cm.
✔ With the standard Relay Lens, the Cover Glass limitation and back focal length problem in the front projection mechanism are solved.
✔ There is no concern about exceeding the minimum Reticle design size and collision risks when the reticle needs to move deep into the tray and lens
✔ Apart from the macro lens, though the Test Chart might be replaced based on the client’s product specification, the Reticle does not need to be replaced when changing sample type.
✔ For adding test points in the finite or infinity object distance mechanism, the user only needs to purchase required Collimators and lenses.
✔ Support complete optical test items.
