High Precision Camera Module Active Alignment System
MD-60AA Pro T Type provides full-function, automatic, and high precision active alignment capability for a vary-focus camera module.
Through 6-degree freedom adjustment based on image plane calculation of wide and tele mode, the image quality of the vary-focus camera module is effectively improved.

FEATURES

 Full-function and digitalized Lens image quality alignment. Optimize image quality by 6-degree freedom adjustment.
 Support vary-focus camera modules that satisfy the image quality balance between wide and tele requirements.
 High speed image tilt alignment. Able to proceed promptly and accurately image plane correction by αβ axis adjustment and through focus curve calculation.
 Quick model change designed tray and jig. Active alignment part can work alone with other accessary module for mass production.
 The system also can be designed by following client’s requirements of production line.
 Up to 4 ~ 8 UV wands design for large curing area requirement.
